- The laptop must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included (e.g., chargers, cables, manuals).

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned laptop and confirm that it meets our eligibility criteria:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect model or defective item).
If the laptop is returned in a condition that is not deemed "new and unused," a restocking fee of 10-15% may be applied, depending on the condition of the product.
