1. Shipping Timeframe

Once you’ve completed your order and your custom laptop is ready, we strive to get it to you as quickly as possible. The general timeline for receiving your laptop is as follows:

  • Processing & Assembly Time: Your laptop will be assembled and quality-checked within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: After assembly, shipping typically takes between 2-3 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Overall, you can expect to receive your laptop in approximately 3-5 business days from the time of your order. Shipping times may vary due to high demand, holidays, or unexpected delays.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (available in most areas).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fees apply).

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping method and see the associated costs. Please note that shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your selected shipping method and the delivery location. Free standard shipping is available on orders over a certain amount (subject to terms and conditions). You can view the shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your order.

Once your custom laptop has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

While we make every effort to ensure that your laptop is shipped promptly, please note that unexpected delays can sometimes occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If there are significant delays in the delivery of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
